Some Major Ways to Keep Your Voice Healthy and Sound Extremely Well


Treatment of voices to match people's desires is somehow reaching high rate of demand as many people are striving to treat theirs to fit melody. We all know that our voices can identify us among others. Some people can easily and honestly recognize you through your voice. In such case, the
person must be one who has been listening to you for very long time in the past.

Besides, voice through its intonation can portray your feelings. Either you are feeling excited or unhappy; your listeners can denote true emotion from your voice. Either you are speaking or singing, your voice will have intonation either sad or happy depending on your emotion.

Meanwhile, in some cases, if a speaker has happy mood, his voice may bring contrary intonation to the hearers' ears. Therefore, it is necessary to always keep our voices lively and active in such a way that people will always fashion listening to our voices. ★ You should not speak loud in any noisy place: When a particular place is too rowdy or noisy and; you should realize that no amount of shouting can earn you attention of the hearers, consider that place as somewhere where you should limit your speech. This is because shouting in such places will only make your voice hoarse. The noise may be generated from loud speaker or maybe you are teacher and your students are shouting, such environment is not good for your voice maintenance. It will better if you can subdue the noise. Avoid shouting. Do everything to abstain from this because it can put your voice at risk. Also, you should avoid whispering because it is almost the same thing as shouting. Just keep speaking at the level of your voice ability.
 
★ Drink Enough Water Daily: to keep your voice healthy, you must accept drinking of water as your day to day duty. Drink minimum of six glasses of water daily. This is because drinking of water will prevent your voice and lung from being hydrated and your voice from being hoarse. You can also cultivate habit of eating water contained fruit like Oranges, watermelons and apples. These are foods that are watered. When we are talking of water, do not think that alcohol is part of it. Ensure that you avoid drinking alcohol because it is good for nothing. Try to drink at least a glass of water every morning before your breakfast. Ensure that you do not stop this. 

★ Always Take Break from Speaking: it is necessary for you to have some time that you will schedule that you will not talk. Scheduling is not even necessary, all you have to do is to pay attention to any occasion that may come on your way which will not require you to talk. For instance, may be you are a teacher, presenter, lawyer or any other talkative workers, whenever you have break from your work, you need to pay attention to this time and consider the break as break period indeed for your voice not only for your body system. You can even sleep because regular resting is good for body system not only for your voice maintenance. It is the best time to give rest to your brain and refresh it. At times, you will notice that you have been talking too much and you are feeling quite tired, such time is an important moment to have rest from talking.

★ Take Note of Your Voice While Speaking: Another better way to take proper care of your voice is by noticing the way you are talking. It is possible to listen to yourself while speaking. You can control your voice if you take note of it. Make sure that you make use of microphone while speaking to large audience. Do not misuse your voice by putting too much pressure on it. Even, do not use just a microphone but use good one that can maintain your voice and gives it better sound that your hearers will admire.

★ Engage in Vocal Training: there is no way you cannot have words or utterances that you cannot say clearly without noticing pronunciation difficulty in the task. Then, once you notice or realize this; take your time to do vocal training. Keep repeating the utterance until you get it right. You can also record your own voice to know areas of shortcomings. Keep practicing this with deep breaths.

★ Protect Your Mouth: Render your mouth maximum protection is much more important than another things. You must mind kind of intakes you will be taking into your Mouth. For instance, consider when you want to wash your mouth, avoid applying dangerous chemical that can put your mouth into trouble. Be sure that you refrain from drinking drinks that contain alcohol and spicy foods. Hold back from any kind of drugs that can stop your mouth from being moisture. I suggest foods like vegetables and fruits.

★ Do Physical Exercise Regularly: No one can despise the enormous benefits of physical exercise in human body system. So, it can assist you in your attempt to have a lovely and suitable voice.
